About me

About me

Hi, I’m Tom! I’m a passionate nature lover and wildlife enthusiast. I’ve spent most of my life outdoors, and I’ve had the privilege of working for a nature conservation charity for 10 years. Now, I’m a teacher, and I love sharing my passion for wildlife and the outdoors with the next generation.

I hope that this blog will help you connect with the great outdoors and inspire you to get involved in conservation. I’ll be sharing my stories and experiences, as well as tips and advice on how to get started in wildlife conservation.

Here are some of my credentials:

  • 10 years working on and managing a nature reserve
  • 3 years of teaching high school students
  • MSc Conservation Management (Edge Hill)
  • BSc In Ecology and conservation management (Edge Hill)
  • PGCE
  • Recently passed Lowland Leader

I’m excited to share my love of nature with you! I hope you’ll join me on this journey.
